Where does true evil lie? As so often is the case, it lurks in a place where it’s least expected to occur. On Christmas Eve, all is not as it should be in the idyllic town of Cloves Wend. After an unspecified assailant maliciously slaughters a family while they sleep, a dejected sheriff must wrestle with his own deficiencies in order to apprehend the culprit at large.
