Charles Ginetti wants to see his daughter in San Francisco. He decides to sail his recently deceased father's boat from Santa Cruz up the coast and through the Golden Gate.
Sierra Marney's family has been tending the lighthouse at Pigeon Point for four generations. She lives a lonely life at the isolated lighthouse.
When Charles' trip goes wrong, Sierra is there to help him find his way.
